Rescue Mission El Paso
The Rescue
Mission of El Paso serves as a member of the local body of
Christ in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the poor and
displaced while demonstrating the love of Christ in assisting
persons with physical needs of food, clothing, shelter, counseling,
education and vocational training and placement. Rescue Mission of El Paso
aims to teach all people encountered how to take care of themselves
and their families by becoming productively employed members of
society. In addition, Rescue
Mission of El Paso also operates a furniture shop for the
purpose of developing work skills and habits in people who have been
unemployed and homeless.

We Are Under Construction
On February 12, 2010, we began our new building construction.
The new building will provide:
First Floor
- An additional 13,880 square-feet of space to the men's dormitory
- Dividing the men's space into 2 rooms
- 1 for unstable, transient population
- 2 for our homeless guests whom we know are working toward their rehabilitation
- Additional bathrooms
- New medical unit with 17 beds
Second Floor
- 30 rooms
- 3 corridors; 1 corridor will be dedicated to women
- 3 bathrooms, one for each corridor
- Exterior window
in each room

Large meeting room for Bible study and AA meetings

Private room of 150 feet for activities, support, and fellowship
